About The Department
The Audit function is an independent internal audit team that provides objective assurance and consulting to improve and add value to the Group’s operations. We help the Group achieve its strategic objectives by adopting a systematic and disciplined approach towards evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist Wholesale Banking and Global Market (WBGM) Senior Team Leader and Team Leader in audit assignments, including Continuous Auditing and periodic risk assessments.
- Assist WBGM Senior Team Leader and Team Leader in developing audit procedures, including data analytics.
- Assist WBGM Senior Team Leader and Team Leaders to follow-up existing issues, conveying progress, and/or providing recommendations for alternative actions.
- Assist WBGM Senior Team Leaders and Team Leaders in building effective relationships and collaboration with Senior Management/Auditees on a regular basis.
- Act as Lead Reviewer or team member in WBGM audit assignments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with professional certification (CIA, CISA, CA, CPA, CFA, CFE) is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong ability & knowledge in regards to audit techniques & principles, as well as risk management.
- Good understanding in the business terms, as well as products/processes of the Bank, specifically from the aspect of Wholesale Banking and Global Market.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Good English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills.
