User Experience Illustrator

About This Role
- Work closely and under the supervision of a Product Design Manager and follow the pre-defined processes
- Lead the visual design process by collaborating with UX designers to translate wireframes and design concepts into visually appealing illustrations and graphics, including with UX writers to integrate visuals seamlessly with written content.
- Develop a consistent visual language (icons, illustrations, and visual assets) that align with our brand and enhance user interactions.
- Maintain a consistent visual style across different digital platforms and devices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in illustration and user interface design.
- Participate in user research and usability testing to gain insights and refine your design decisions.
- Understand the product requirements and be able to present/articulate ideas and solutions
What is required and what we’re looking for
- 3 – 5 years of experience as a hands-on Designer in the industry (education background could range from Illustration, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field or equivalent practical experience).
- Fluency in Indonesian and English communications (both verbal and written).
- Proven experience as a UX illustrator with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in creating visually appealing designs for digital interfaces.
- Proficiency in industry standard UX design tools and software.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and usability concepts.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance.
