Trade Activation Fundamental Expert (Sumatera – West Java)
- Developing category plan and strategies to improve sales in store.
- Selecting, pricing and positioning of category products by channel
- Tracking and monitor Fundamental (AO, MSL, SKU, Call Compliance, Program, etc)
- Maintain category documents and records according to company policies.
- Tracking and monitoring DDR (FOX Project, Zone, Homebased)
- Sales morning brief and JCWA
- inventory turnover goals and maximize sales current SKU & NPD.
- Build strong working relationship with customers for new business opportunities branding & dress up in store.
- Stay updated on category trends and competitive market.
- Communicate information about new products and changes to relevant teams within the company.
- Prepare data for Business Review Management
- Work consists of analysing the latest sales and loyalty data, attending focus groups to gain fresh shopper insights and a variety of reporting.
- Providing analysis helps aid our company to make important business decisions
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor degree any major, preferably Marketing/ Business Management
- Minimum 8 years experiences Trade / Analyst, with 3 years in Managerial level
- Advance in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, R, is a must
- Good analytical skill and attention to detail
- FMCG experiences with sales operational background
- Good attitude and communication skill
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
