About The Department
Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.
We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.
Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.
Job Responsibilities
This role is critical in Tech Risk Governance of Technology since he/she should be mature/senior enough and be able to communicate and involve in the discussion with senior management and Group TOGA as well as stake holder but not limitted to T&O Director, L2 Division Heads, Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, and OJK/BI Auditor.
Audit Liasion:
Audit Liasion for Tech team to interface with internal, external and regulatory auditor.
Risk Manegement and Compliance
collaboratively & cooperatively iterfacing with business units, operational risk and compliance team to represent technology risk function in order to full fill the regulatory, Group TOGA and Local/Group Risk Management requirement.
In 2023, there will be additional scope of Technology Incident reporting requirement related to Citi migration. He/she will be the single point of contact to asses, review and report of the incidents to ORM with the following scope:
- Assessment of the symptoms, root cause, impacts and remediation
- Review the severity of the incidents to be reported as the major incidents or not
- Monitoring the incidents report into GR
Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor degree in Technology Information or Cyber Security from reputable university.
Experience:
- 10 years experience working in IT or Information security
- 5 years experience working as IT Internal Audit/IT Risk/IT Governance/IT Security in banking industry (preferably in international bank)
- Have sound knowledge on OJK/BI regulation related to Information Technology/Cyber Security
- Demonstrate structure and concise presentation skills in English and Bahasa
- Experience in leading 2-3 team members
Certification:
CISA/CISM/CISSP/CRISC
