Job Description

  • Using various channels to look and source for potential candidates as well as contacting active and passive candidates from job portals i.e LinkedIn, Glints, In-House Career Website
  • Identifying and shortlisting qualified candidates profiles to be referred to the Talent Acquisition team, not limited to interview the candidates as well for certain position
  • Assist Talent Acquisition team related to administration duties, i.e job posting, updating candidate’s profile to Applicant Tracking System, scheduling the interview, and conducting hiring test

Job Requirements

  • Final year student or fresh graduates from any major
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • Good understanding of recruitment cycle
  • Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
  • Have previous experience as an intern in start-up company will be advantageous
