Job Summary:

As the Talent Acquisition Intelligence Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company by sourcing, analyzing, and utilizing data to inform talent acquisition strategies. This role requires a strategic and data-driven individual who will lead the development and implementation of effective recruitment plans. You will drive candidate experience and onboarding initiatives, ensuring that new hires feel well-informed, excited, and integrated into the company. Furthermore, you will collaborate with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and recruiters on salary proposal and offerings to ensure that the company’s compensation and benefits are competitive and aligned with the organization’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HR Business Partners, the Academy, and Organization Design to drive a cutting-edge program for developing future leaders.
  • Lead the recruitment intelligence and analytics function, gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform and support Talent Acquisition Strategy.
  • Develop and manage talent labor market intelligence solutions, providing insights and recommendations to support the organization’s recruitment and talent management objectives.
  • Coach and guide Business Leaders, HR Business Partners, and HR Talent Acquisition Partners to achieve co-ownership of recruitment goals.
  • Collaborate with functions such as Legal, Finance, Compensation and Benefits, and Talent Management to drive recruitment operation excellence.
  • Lead the localization of future talent acquisition for cross-country management teams in their respective home offices or countries, manage the Talent Acquisition budget, and ensure that Manpower Planning and Development, as well as Talent Acquisition policies and processes, are sound and effective in meeting business needs.
  • Support the ID Talent Acquisition Head to improve performance, policies, processes, and systems related to HR and Talent Acquisition to ensure efficiency and effectiveness through data literacy.
  • Drive the set-up and maintenance of the online branding program and awareness.
  • Lead the online presence initiative on various channels with creative-breakthrough ways to draw prospective (passive) talents to the company’s website.
  • Present insights, recommendations, and performance metrics to key stakeholders, including senior management, to inform and drive strategic decision making.
  • • Develop and manage talent and labor intelligence solutions, design compensation packages and incentive schemes that align with the company’s strategic plan, and review salaries and benefits proposals for compliance with pay equity legislation.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong project and performance management skills, as well as experience in stakeholder management and HR management.
  • Experience working with data analytics platforms, such as Tableau or Power BI, to gather and analyze data to inform and support recruitment decisions.
  • Strong managerial experience, including experience managing people both directly and indirectly.
  • Knowledge of HR operations and compensation and benefits, particularly in high-volume hiring environments.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve processes and programs.
  • Experience as an HR generalist, preferably with experience as Head of HR who is able to connect the dots and understand the broader context of intelligence and analytics within the organization.
  • Experience with employee satisfaction surveys or similar metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of process and programs.
  • Placement in Serpong, Tangerang.
