About The Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

Personal Financial Services

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Memastikan jika ada System baru RORC yang dirancang/dibuat dan terkait dengan dikeluarkannya Surat Edaran (SE) baru harus berjalan sesuai dengan Surat Edaran/ketentuan yang berlaku dalam hal penetapan setup parameter dan akses matriks nya.
  • Meneruskan laporan dari user ke Bagian IT Helpdesk terkait parameter dan matrik error pada sistem.
  • Membuat User Matrik Pengguna System RORC dan melakukan permintaan setup parameter aplikasi (UAT & PRODUCTION) yang di tetapkan setup parameternya oleh RORC
  • Melakukan konfirmasi (negative confirmation) dan penyesuaian akses group matrik jika diperlukan atas dasar perubahan pada struktur organisasi.
  • Mengkonfirmasi hasil dari penyesuaian parameter dan akses matriks dan memasukkan dalam CMS serta melakukan dokumentasi secara softcopy dokumen yang diperlukan.
  • Membantu user dalam hal pertanyaan mengenai setup parameter, review atas permintaan/perubahan akses matriks dan kebijakan-kebijakan yang berlaku terkait setup parameter dan akses matriks.
  • Membuat dan meneruskan nota permintaan setup parameter dan permintaan akses matriks aplikasi ke SIS dan ISTOA maupun unit terkait lainnya.

  • Pendidikan Min. S1
  • Memahami system perbankan
  • Memahami risk operation dengan baik
  • Memahami SDLC
