System Analyst

Requirements :

● Minimum 3 years of experience as IT business/system/application analyst

● Strong problem-solving, debugging skills and an aptitude for learning new technologies

● Able to understand and write programming code/script (any languages) and also SQL

● Tools experience: JIRA, Excel/Spreadsheet/Presentation, Command Line

(Windows/Linux/Mac)

● High proficiency in English (written and spoken) and Bahasa Indonesia to understand

and interpret requirement clearly

● Strong team player; ability to work in diverse team and dynamic work environment

● Proactive, target oriented and ability to pay attention to detail

● Self-motivated, self-driven, with positive and can–do attitude

● Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

● As Subject Matter Expert for the applications managed (functional and technical)

● Support project delivery (exploring solutions, impact analysis, design review, solution

design)

● Groom QA and Users for testing purpose

● Ensure system availability & stability (monitoring, incident & problem handling &

analysis)

● Review and provide feedback of requirement document from business

● Responsible to create functional & solution design documentation and review

documentation from vendor

● Vendor management (review business requirement, involved in tech solution

procurement, review contract with technology vendor)

● Participation in all project reviews and rituals

● Report status to Head of Application Management regularly
