Sr. Product Innovation Manager – FMCG Products
Responsibilities:
- Understanding and leading the process of new product innovation from concept / ideation, development and launch
- Product launch – plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
- Strategic planning and management of the entire product portfolio as well as innovation roadmap
- Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the marketDevelop pricing strategies / value proposition within the portfolio
- Posses financial (P&L) awareness and business / product profitability Sound project management capability
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree, any major.
- Working experience in product development / Innovation for 8 – 12 years
- Demonstrable experience in fast-paced development delivery – that balances frequency and high quality product Coming from CPG / consumer goods industry, from tissue category is an advantage
- Able to connect & coordinate with stakeholders from various countries
