Key Responsibilites:

Procurement practices for engineering and manufacturing categories for Civil Construction Project and/ Forestry Project, etc.
Develop and lead category sourcing strategies for Capital Equipment
Manage internal and external stakeholders to integrate supply category spend, plans, and outcomes in investment planning and budgeting
Manage respective supplier relationships and performance, including but not limited to supplier scorecards, business reviews, and dispute resolution
Collaborate with the technical team and project team from internal Mills in China and Indonesia, to define the purchasing strategy, performance guarantee concept, and to ensure the implementation of the project within the timeline and budget

Key Requirements:

Bachelor/ Master’s Degree from reputable university
Have 2-5 years experiences in Procurement Project/Management Construction/Procurement Project for Civil Construction or Heavy Equipment or Plantation (Fresh Graduates are welcome, Min. GPA 3)
Highly experienced with civil or/and mechanical engineering concepts and ability to build bottoms-up cost models on the understanding of manufacturing/construction processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, have attention to detail, and work independently
Has great communication, interpersonal skills, and project management skills
Some travel may be required
Language: Bahasa & English
Placement: On-site Serpong, Tangerang
