About The Social Media Manager Role
As the Social Media Manager, you will develop strategies for multiple accounts, conduct analysis and budget, while working with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain the company’s social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience
- Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Manage KOL for the F&B Accounts accordingly
To succeed in this role, you must be comfortable in managing a team, create competitive strategies, coordinate with multiple stakeholders and monitor budget
Key Requirements
- Minimum of four years’ experience in social media marketing and managing a team
- Background in social media or digital media
- Highly skilled in online/social media communications
- Drive, competence, flexibility and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with people at all levels within/outside the corporation
- Experience working within a social media environment
