Job Responsibilities:

Understand client requirements and business development situation
Source and attract high potential candidates via various channels including social media
Evaluate candidate resumes and conduct pre-interview screening
Facilitate and finalize agreements between candidate and employer
Follow-up candidate onboarding and probation feedback with consultancy provided
Maintain good relationships with both clients and candidates
Provide internal work progressing and update in weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
Establish new business and long-term relationship with clients in Thailand market

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any field
At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment/sales/BD or any relevant
Good command of English in written and spoken (Chinese speaking will be a plus)
Smart and confident personality with good interpersonal and negotiation skills
Computer literacy with ability to quickly fit with new system or any online platforms
Familiar with Chinese business environment will be a huge advantage
