Senior Recruiter
Job Description
- Assist to design and implementing the overall recruitment strategy
- Develop and execute hiring strategies for any requisitions from the Junior/Senior/Managerial level
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates as required by the position using sourcing strategies such as passive candidate sourcing, leverage assigned sourcers, employ individual methodologies to source candidates via social media, events, and/or networking
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruitment and selection methods and asssess applicants’ relevant competencies
- Assist in the onboarding process and follow up with candidates and new hires.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates and provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports
- Act as a point of contact and build influential relationships during the selection process with the candidates and hiring manager
Job Requirement
- Minimum Bachelor degree from any major
- Have at least 2-years experience as a Recruiter in a tech company or recruitment agency, preferably from a startup company
- Have technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for both for tech and non-tech roles
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally
- Fluent in English
