Big Fish Hunter Executive Search is recruiting on behalf of our respected client, a Third Party Logistics company that is looking for an experienced Marketing and BD Manager to manage end-to-end marketing management (Create – execute – evaluate). A strive-for-achievement candidate who can lead the team to reach goals. As for details of the position, are listed below;
- Research and analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
- Evaluate the feasibility and potential profitability of new ventures, partnerships, or product/service offerings.
- Generate leads and identify potential clients or customers through various channels such as networking, cold calling, referrals, and online research. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to understand their needs, requirements, and objectives. Maintain regular communication and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and sales materials to potential clients. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and pricing strategies.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients.
- Minimum 5 years of experience selling Logistics services based on the industry companies and at least 2 years of experience leading a team
- Deep understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and key players.
- Knowledge of industry trends, customer pain points, and regulatory landscape is crucial for identifying opportunities and positioning the company effectively.
- Strong logical and analytical skills, ability to multitask quickly, and grasp business focus.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (Both oral and written)
