Key Responsibilities

Review agreements and/ or legal documents to solve legal issues;
Overview and supervise legal documents and services
Executing legal actions required and providing advice based on day to day issues
Interface with appropriate regulatory agencies, external and internal parties as necessary to support managers accomplish corporate objectives
Formulating report and plan for the team

Key Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of working experience in the related fields
Experienced in a law firm or with a litigation background would be preferable
Strong knowledge of corporate law and the regulation of the beauty industry
Highly skilled in legal analysis and writing
Excellent team player with good communication skills and ability to work with various departments and third parties
Superb organization skills, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills
Willing to be placed in Cisarua, Bogor Area.
