Senior Account Executive

Role:
• You will develop good relationship with clients to ensure client success and satisfaction
Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day communication between clients and internal team.
2. Maintain good relationship with existing clients to increase customer lifetime value.
3. Ensure all projects delivered on time, on scope, and on budget.
4. Acquire new clients while promoting our brand to target customers.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in IT, Communication, or other majors with relevant knowledge.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or client services.
3. Proven working experience in project management.
4. Knowledgeable in digital marketing and technology development.
5. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
