Job Descriptions

∙ Responsible of Secured credit policy review, alignment and fine tuning in supporting business growth.

∙ Ensure appropriate and timely approval and validation of product programs, policy exceptions, and credit policy.

∙ Perform ad-hoc analysis and on-going portfolio review to understand market dynamics in ensuring portfolio is as per risk appetite target and triggers.

∙ Monitor portfolio performance against benchmarks and early indicators, perform in-depth analysis on observation, and provide escalations to senior management both in Risk and Business.

∙ Ensure Compliance to Group policies, local policies, and local regulations for all programs.

∙ Liaise with stakeholders to roll out approved credit policies and evaluate their effectiveness over time (Business, Approval, Operations etc).

∙ Work together with Risk partners and Business team to ensure smooth execution on program initiatives.

∙ Implement prudent Test & Grow strategies optimize portfolio risk and returns.

∙ Responsible as LRCM (Line Risk Control Manager) for secured department.

Job Requirements

∙ Bachelor’s degree with minimum 10 years’ experience in banking industry, especially in Secured policy.

∙ Have good knowledge in Housing loan Industry in Indonesia, experience in dealing with matrix reporting, understanding of regulatory landscape will be an advantage.

∙ Familiar with portfolio monitoring and segmentation strategy.

∙ Analytical mind with sound business acumen, highly meticulous and self-motivated. A strong relator with good communication and presentation skill (verbal and written).

∙ Proficient in using SAS/SQL, Decision Tree, and MS Office (especially excel).

∙ Detail and process oriented.

∙ Excellent verbal and written skills in English.

∙ Team Player and work well with others.
