About The Department

Roadshow Head is an intermediate position responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees in an effort to deliver a full range of sales and customer support activities in coordination with the Consumer Sales team. The overall objective of this role is to identify and manage opportunity for Direct Sales acquisition deployment in order to meet sales target.

Job Descriptions

•Supervise 6-8 Roadshow Officer and Support staff

•Perform managerial duties including: performing evaluations, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions, terminations as well as providing direction of daily tasks and responsibilities to team members

•Build strong and productive relationships with external clients (mall/office building management, venue/event organizer, F&B owner, etc) to source and maintain deployment rate

•Perform deployment opportunity planning, forecasting, performance tracking

•Perform deployment data management, post-mortem analysis and presentation to local management

•Prepare prospect meeting presentations (including ordering and managing creative process, deck production).

•Develop strategic sales planning and working cross function/department to identify deployment opportunity for NTB acquisition

•Maintain compliance and legal standards set forth by business

•Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding UOB, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards

Requirements

– Minimum 6 years of experience in direct sales for credit cards and leading sales team.

– Deep understanding of sales tactics and strategies.
