About The Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

Personal Financial Services

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing savings products assigned by the Retail Deposit Product & Program Head
  • Responsible for product sales, including number of customers, balance per customer, both acquisition and retention, including managing product portfolio performance
  • As part of achieving product sales targets, responsible for making programs to encourage product sales by calculating program targets and profit and loss, obtaining approval from stakeholders (Retail Business Finance, Sales & Distribution), including considering loop-hole operational aspects that can harm the bank, carry out program implementation, evaluate results, and make necessary repairs in a timely manner
  • The scope of work requires mastery of 9-competence which includes an understanding of
  • Market psychology and product competition
  • profit and loss
  • regulation
  • overall process/product operations & programs for a reasonable customer experience
  • understanding how the core banking system works for making business requirements documents
  • marketing (digital and non-digital)
  • product training to the sales team/branch (making training and delivery materials)
  • Read and direct analytics to gain insight into customers who use the product
  • project management.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate/Professional Degree in Commerce/Business/Finance.
  • 3+ years related experience with a large financial institution, preferably in Local/Regional reputable banks.
  • Preferably Managerial level specializing in Banking Business/Products Development or equivalent
  • Self-motivated
  • Job role in Retail Banking Liabilities Products/Business Development field
  • Good Communication & Presentation Skills
  • Self-motivated, good Interpersonal &Influential Skills
