Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager Based in Padang. The Property Manager will manage a portfolio of properties related to the RedDoorz brand in Padang. The ideal candidate will help ensure that the portfolio of properties is well-maintained and comply with the hospitality industry standards, so that guests experience a high quality and comfortable stay while staying in our properties. The Property Manager will also be responsible for monitoring customer satisfaction for the portfolio of properties, addressing customer feedback effectively, and making strategic recommendations to cross-functional teams based on guest feedback and market trends, among other duties.


  • At least 2 years of experience in managing accounts in E-commerce/OTA/Hospitality or a related field
  • Bachelor Degree in any majors. Marketing/Communication/Hospitality majors are preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
  • Good analytical skills and initiative. Adaptable to dynamic environment. Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements. Startup experience is a plus.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty and ambiguity.
  • Ability to pay attention to details and macro-level outcomes.
  • Ability to work as a team as well as individual.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google docs
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both oral and written
