• Responsible for administration tasks & paperwork designated for Procurement
• Archiving files (softcopy and hardcopy) and data entry
• Explore & provide vendors selection related to user’s request accompanied by mentor
• Ensure submission of all admin documents and data required for vendor selection process
• Assisting Procurement Team with ad-hoc tasks & projects
• Bachelor degree or final year student from Accounting
• Organized, agile, attentive to details, and have a positive can-do attitude
• Having organizational experience and competition is a plus.
• Responsible, honest and thoroughness.
• Ability to multitask and good skills in administration.
• Able to use Microsoft office
• Willing to work Full Time (5 days a week, 8 hours)
• Internship period: 3 months
