Key Responsibilites:

Coordinate and monitor the development, and implementation of category sourcing strategy (Strategy roadmap) of each ITBU country to ensure operating in line with business objectives
Continuously find ways to optimize (Process improvement) purchase costs, reduce products/services quantities, standardize and combine purchased products/services to ensure cost reductions and greater buying power
Liaise with Head Procurement, Procurement Manager and Procurement Specialist of Procurement Indonesia to leverage and to consolidate suppliers and combine purchased volumes to create greater buying power
Identify & manage category stakeholders, such as, but not limited to, ITBU country Head, mills head, mills supply chain, other mill’s relevant managers, Peers, Chief Procurement, Board and Senior Advisor, and influence them on regular basis
Build supplier relationships and tightly monitor their performance and service levels through a robust supplier relationship management framework
Assist each country in supply contract negotiations, whenever required
Contribute to new business initiatives and projects, review and communicate the impact on Purchasing activities

Key Requirements:

Bachelor Degree
Min. 12 years experience, with 5 years with releveant broad/depth concepth in senior managerial position
Having exposure in Global/International procurement, good knowledge of procurement practices
Hands-on experience with purchasing software: SAP, SRM, RPA, Microsoft, ARIBA
Understanding of supply chain procedures, solid analytical and negotiation skills, produce and analyze data and reports, resolve discrepancies.
Prior Managerial Experience, Strategic Business Perspectives, Customer Focused, Continuous Improvement & Innovation, Result Orientation, Planning & Organizing, Team Work
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Language: English
Placement: On-site either Serpong, Tangerang or Tanah Abang
