Process & Governance Analyst
Process Architecture
1. Support role to Process Architects as Process Analysts including but not limited to development and maintenance of process hierarchies, process flows, competency frameworks
2. Maintains process management standards and performs compliance checks against standards.
3. Works with Business Units to identify process issues, performs root cause analysis, assess and recommend solution options.
4. Manages improvement initiatives from initiation thru realization of benefits – business case framing, planning, progress monitoring, managing stakeholders and facilitate escalations when necessary.
5. Review of CRs (Change Requests) to ensure business changes are qualified, impacts are adequately assessed, compliance to internal, external regulations and statutory reporting.
Group Policy and Risk Management
1. Review of escalated Segregation of Duties (SOD) risks and working with respective business units to define and implement mitigating controls.
2. Assist in the maintenance of Group-monitored risks, and assist in preparation and execution of the Risk Management Programme within the group.
3. Group Policies – assist in the research, consultation with SME functions, data collection, policy writing, facilitation of reviews and approvals.
