About The Department
The Credit and Risk Management function is comprised of three teams: Risk Management, Credit and Special Asset Management. We manage the risks arising from the Group’s business activities within the risk appetite established by the Board. This involves identifying and evaluating the risks, developing effective risk governance and strategies as well as providing independent assessment of the overall risk profile.
Job Responsibilities
- Empower Business Banking overall portfolio lending and funding growth, in terms of financial performance and portfolio quality through various programs and initiatives
- Devise portfolio growth strategy for respective customer segments with reference to various segmentation methodologies
- Implement and operationalize portfolio actions related to key performance pillars, namely acquisition & activation, relationship deepening, customer engagements & campaigns, as well as anti-attrition & win-back
- Collaborate with partners and stakeholders, both internal and external, to deliver desired business results to enable growth in financial performance and uplift in portfolio quality
- Oversee and manage digital engagement and campaign to scale up digital channel efficacy
