- Responsible for managing the day-to-day Personal Financing Product operation which consists of maintaining product management, operational, and performance monitoring
- Work cross-functionally with other Bus e.g. Sales/ Branch, risk policy, risk portfolio, credit underwriting, IT, operations, and marketing to design and execute growth initiatives
- Conduct weekly benchmarking activities to compare our activities with other Bank and Financial Institution
- Prepare a marketing plan and tactical campaign plan for core product selling offering, cross sell and opening opportunity for product or program transformation
- Co-own the business performance goals & lead data-led problem solving to find actionable insights to growth loan business portfolio
- Working closely with Sales, Branch, Credit Underwriting, Unsecured Loan Operations, AML, and Finance team to conduct internal SOP in conducting day-to-day operation of disbursement, repayment, settlement
- Deep dive and solved key issues to support operational team and making sure the bestbest operational process, including complain handling
- Monitor the performance with the BI or analytics team to provide insights to management and Bank leaders and negotiate with partners for a change in commercial agreement
- Make adhoc or periodical management reporting or dashboard for performance of booking and portfolio quality
