People & Culture Intern
Job Description
- Assist to prepare, organize, and implement People and Culture projects and initiatives
- Assist the Performance Management process
- Assist and involve in the Learning and Development project (assess the L&D needs, develop suitable L&D framework, evaluate the L&D process)
- Assist to prepare and assess the gathered feedback of every employee engagement activities
- Work closely with the HR lead to brainstorm and initiate new ideas to improve employee wellness and engagement
Job Requirements
- Final-year students from all major
- Having strong organizational experience, actively involved in event/project officer role is a plus
- Proficient in English
- Proficient in utilizing Google Suite [Google Slides & Spreadsheet]. Creative design skill is a plus.
- Able to do hybrid working scheme 3 days WFO & 2 days WFH
