Job Description

  • Assist to prepare, organize, and implement People and Culture projects and initiatives
  • Assist the Performance Management process
  • Assist and involve in the Learning and Development project (assess the L&D needs, develop suitable L&D framework, evaluate the L&D process)
  • Assist to prepare and assess the gathered feedback of every employee engagement activities
  • Work closely with the HR lead to brainstorm and initiate new ideas to improve employee wellness and engagement

Job Requirements

  • Final-year students from all major
  • Having strong organizational experience, actively involved in event/project officer role is a plus
  • Proficient in English
  • Proficient in utilizing Google Suite [Google Slides & Spreadsheet]. Creative design skill is a plus.
  • Able to do hybrid working scheme 3 days WFO & 2 days WFH
