About The Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

Personal Financial Services

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan analisa, supervise dan memberikan arahan proyek-proyek yang berkaitan dengan Retail Operation
  • Bertanggung jawab untuk memberikan advise terhadap permasalahan yang timbul dalam proyek maupun dalam BAU (Business As Usual) yang berkaitan dengan Retail Operation
  • Bertanggung jawab terhadap analisa proyek-proyek yang di inisiasi oleh Divisi Retail Operations, khususnya:
  • Membuat / Mereview CR (Change Request), BRD (Business Requirement Document), FSD (Functional Specification Design), Rencana Kerja Testing User (UAT Plan) mengenai program baru/ modifikasi/ perbaikan.
  • Memonitor jadwal proyek yang sedang berlangsung dikerjakan (in progress) untuk diusahakan supaya dapat berjalan sesuai dengan target date yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya.
  • Bersama dengan user, dan pihak terkait melakukan UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
  • Memastikan jika ada system baru yang dirancang/ dibuat harus berjalan sesuai dengan ketentuan Internal dan Eksternal (Regulator) yang berlaku.
  • Bekerja sama dengan user pengguna untuk melakukan Health Check / LV (Live Verification).
  • Melengkapi dokumen-dokument terkait dengan proyek (i.e. PIR (Post Implementation Review), FAPP, UAT Sign off) terhadap proyek yang telah di implementasi yang telah terlebih dahulu di inisiasi oleh pihak ITG (i.e. BTS, SIS).

  • Pendidikan min. S1
  • Memahami system perbankan
  • Memahami Risk Operation
  • Memahami SDLC
