OEM/ODM Senior Buyer

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for OEM/ODM purchasing strategy for Tissue and Paper

2. Develop & Build up suppliers relationship, generate the suppliers strategy

3. Understand the supply markets that we are buying in to define and implement a strategy with our suppliers and potential suppliers.

4. Better understand the competitors situation to generate best purchasing practice for the company

5. Coordinate users department to make best supply chain management

6. Others

Requirements:

1. Over 5 years of purchasing experience for the key commodities, preferred in the fields of OEM/ODM/contract manufacturing industry experience

2. Experienced in developing strategies, concepts and insights from market data and in-depth intelligence in support of strategic or purchasing decision making

3. Bachelor’s degree or above, Major on economics, financial is preferred

4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to thrive in collaborative, global, and cross-functional environment

5. Passionate and result-focused self-starter, creative thinker and innovator with can-do attitude

6. Willingness and ability to travel as needed

7. High integrity
