MEP Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:

• Ensure robust, accurate and timely in the preparation of Cost Plan and Bills of Quantities from early design information including budget costs for feasibility studies.
• Building a MEP Cost Data Base and expanding current vendor list including sourcing quotations from domestic and international Suppliers and Contractors and ensure they are pre-qualified.
• Assist and review the Requests for Proposals (RFP), Scopes of Works (SoW), tender clarifications, tender questionnaires, tender recommendations, price / cost comparisons, negotiating and tender report.
• Proactively identifies inefficiencies in existing operations, procedures, documentation and systems, suggests solutions to these issues and discusses with management and actively involved in the development and improvement.

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering and mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years’ experience as MEP Quantity Surveyor in company, consultancy or contractors.
• Experience using Ms Office & Project management software preferred.
• Full proficiency in English.
• Strong communication, negotiation skills, creative to initiate problem-solving.
• Self-driven, organized, target oriented and able work under pressure.
• Working Location is in Jakarta and willing to do business trip across Indonesia.
