About This Role

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing technology strategy aligned with our business objectives. Stay updated with industry trends and identify opportunities for leveraging new tools and technologies to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Assess, select, and implement marketing technology tools and platforms that align with our marketing goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, IT, and sales, to ensure seamless integration and optimal utilization of the tools.
  • Oversee the administration, configuration, and day-to-day management of marketing technology tools. Ensure data accuracy, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide training and support to end-users.
  • Manage data integration and synchronization across marketing tools, CRM systems, and other relevant platforms. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Utilize marketing technology tools to generate insights, track key performance metrics, and create comprehensive reports on campaign performance, ROI, and other relevant analytics. Provide recommendations for optimization based on data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline marketing processes, automate repetitive tasks, and improve operational efficiency through the effective utilization of marketing technology tools.
  • Build and maintain relationships with marketing technology vendors. Stay abreast of updates, negotiate contracts, and ensure vendor performance meets expectations.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate team members on marketing tech tools, best practices, and new features. Provide ongoing support to ensure the team maximizes the tools’ potential.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, privacy policies, and industry best practices related to marketing technology tools. Implement necessary security measures to safeguard data integrity.
  • Stay updated on emerging marketing technology trends, tools, and methodologies. Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the marketing technology landscape.

What is required and what we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, information technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing marketing technology tools and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of marketing processes, automation, and analytics.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, data management, and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
