• Assist Operation Manager on Day to Day Activities
• Responsible for composing monthly performance report
• Responsible for achieving supply target [Stakeholder]
• Responsible for setting SOP on effectiveness & efficiency of each operational activity

Job Requirement

• Min. Bachelor degree from any major
• Min. 3 years of experience on related fields
• Strong skills in leadership, data analysis and management
• Able to lead and develop team capabilities
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Familiarity with business and financial principles
