Job Responsibilities :
Responsible for ensuring organization and job establishment and changes in respective directorate to support the company’s goals by strategizing, planning, managing and providing integrated umbrella policies, procedures and rules in order to ensure uniformity in the implementation with good communication, control and monitoring.
Job Descriptions :
- Analyze, develop and communicate umbrella policy, procedures & guideline to regulate the mechanism of organization establishment and organization changes requests
- Analyze, develop and socialize policy and guideline to regulate the mechanism of job establishment, job changes requests to ensure well maintained job standard/ catalogue
- Ensure and review the availability and maintenance of valid and update organization chart and job description
- Facilitate and give advisory to related parties in term of job analysis exercise in order to develop organization structure and job description
- Exercise job evaluation, provide the concept and benchmark needed to ensure the availability of all job grade for promotion & succession planning purpose in respective directorate
- Analyze and develop clear career path, especially for generic/ network positions for succession planning and in order to build motivation & high performance culture for employees
- Calculate, analyze and develop capacity planning on each function requested by business unit together with HRBP
- Support Annual Salary Survey exercise held by Rewards Management in order to have job benchmark with another banks
- Ensure the readiness & availability for system support needed for data/ file maintenance, record keeping, easy access for related parties and manage changes
- Create regular OD report to ensure timely & valid report provided
Requirements :
- S1 Degree or Professional Qualification in the relevant discipline
- 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management or 3 years experience in OD
- Hybrid Working Arrangement
