Head of Product
A rapidly expanding major Indonesian firm is seeking a talented Head of Product with at least seven years of experience in building digital product and evolving existing product in Indonesia. In this job, you will head the company’s product direction and development.
About The Head Of Product Role
Working with the C-level team, you will be responsible for the direction and development of the company digital products.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the product strategy and development with little guidance
- Be data-centric in taking business decision
- Create product planning and assignment of tasks and deliverable
- Manage the product life cycle from concept to launch of the products across all digital products/product lines
- Own the product roadmap and communicate with C-level staff, board members, and other stakeholders and monitor product development sprints and evaluate results
- Define pricing and competitive positioning for each product
- Drive innovative ideas, solutions and products through leadership and decisive action
- Work closely with the marketing and technology stakeholders to implement new features and enhancements within agreed time frames
- Become the key evangelist of product and participate in press activities, conferences, discussions with thought leaders and market analysts
To succeed in this Head of Product role, you will need to have the ability to work proactively, effectively and collaboratively across functions.
Key Requirements
- At least seven years of experience building digital products in Indonesia
- An exceptional can-do attitude and be deeply self-motivated
- Proven successful experience in creating new product from zero as well as improving current product is a strong point
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, and able to communicate and collaborate well with the business and engineering team
- Excellent data-driven approach to decision making
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills and strong intuition of user behaviours within digital products
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- A data-driven decision maker
