- Provide clear, pragmatic advice to business verticals and functions related to external engagement;
- Build and manage a network of key regulator stakeholders, including ministries, agencies, law enforcements, to help shape a positive engagement and advocate for company’s interests;
- Monitor, report, and advise the company on any regulatory update, trending public issues, emerging policy on a regular basis;
- Lead stakeholders to communicate and negotiate with external parties, including government and regulators.
- Secure government and/or strategic external stakholder’s support in delivering new campaigns, initiatives, ventures of the company.
- Travel to other cities (if necessary) to provide support for local teams in engaging with local government stakeholders.
- Support the legal department on an occasional basis in dealing with regulatory issues.
