Recreational Facilities and Hospitality

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop show and entertainment program include schedule, Equipment and Talent Competences.
Create and implement ideas that are unique and appealing
Oversee the entertainment, wellness, and recreational activities
Supervise personnel that provide the entertainment and coordinate various types of activities to make sure the entertainment is in line with the hotel’s brand story, marketing programs, and guest expectations
Prepare a budget for each event and manage expenses
Coordinate with other departments in the hotel throughout the development, planning, and execution stages
Host and act as Master of Ceremonies for special parties and select occasions
Oversee the musicians, entertainers, workshop instructors, lightning, stage area, and audio-visual recording crews to ensure smooth operation

Key Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an upscale hotel, resort, cruise ship, entertainment, or recreational industry
Program director, and/or professional entertainment experience preferred
Experience in recreational programs in resorts, cruise ships entertainment management, or theme parks preferred
Excellent verbal and written command of English
Experience in video productions, video editing, and music is a plus
Superior customer service, teambuilding, and leadership skills
Willing to travel all around Taman Safari Business Unit
