Government Relations Specialist
To support and bring the good corporate image for all shareholders and public’s perception, achieving good relationship with shareholder, media & regulator, and also to be the most strategic partners for the entire organization.
Responsibilities:
Strategy and Planning
- Determine the appropriate direction, strategy and execution in terms of innovation and development of Consumer Banking products and services through research and in-depth market analysis to keep abreast with market development and technological demands, customers needs, and good market share achievement with competitive market positioning
- Strategy and execution of network expansion and branches to support Retail, Corporate, and Commercial customers
- Set the policies, manage/direct the Budget, and Operating Plan, for the entire work units under his supervision
- Develop risk management strategy and comprehensive written policies which are reflected in the strategy and policies of work units under his supervision
- Together with other members of the Board of Directors, establish the Bank’s Vision, Mission and long/short term corporate strategy in alignment to the Bank’s purpose, objectives and activities
Business Performance and Management
- Foster and maintain robust relations with regulators, financial institutions, customers, and communities to ensure the sustainability of Bank’s image, and quick response to optimally utilize market opportunities
- Representing the Company in dealings with stakeholders, for the purpose of business development and creating a good image for the Bank in raising shareholders value
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree
- Min. 4 -5 year of working experience in Government Relations / Corporate Communication / Corporate Secretary (as supervisor or lead, will be an advantage)
- In depth knowledge of all communication, legal, and corporate image, branding, and corporate communication
- Proficient in English
- Good communication skill
