Fare Load with English Communication Skills
Job Descriptions:
Monitor communication tools and internal system to ensure the achievement of SLA in productivity, accuracy & TAT target.
Conduct fare quoting diagnostic based on client’s requirements.
Ensure that all fares are audited according to the instructions.
Report any issues or system limitations to the Team Leader & Fare Specialist.
Requirements:
Very good communication skills in English (both written & spoken)
Good logic & analytical skill
GDS experience (ATPCO, Sabre and/or Amadeus) is a must.
