Coordinate machine and capacity booking based on shipment forecast to fulfil the demands.
Analyze sales volume and inventory target to create volume strategy
Prepare quarterly SIP target setting and annually business planning as per plan defined
Create inventory forecast and planning to achieve healthy inventory level
Create machine allocation, cycle and fulfillness
Collect sales projection to ensure cargo readiness and faster order processing

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/Master Degree with multi diciplinary background
7+ years’ of experience Demand Planner / business intelligence / strategy analyst from FMCG, manufacture
Strong quantitative, analytical and communication skills
Strong understanding of data & strategy
Master in Excel, Ppt, able to operate Power BI & Query
Basic knowledge in manufacturing distribution & financial
Fluent in English
Willing to be placed on Sinarmasland Plaza – Thamrin, Jakarta Pusat
