About The Department

The Sales Support Manager is an intermediate management level position responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees in an effort to formulate and implement strategic plans to increase market share and maximize opportunities for growth throughout the marketplace.

Job Descriptions

•Manage and monitor budget cost of sales event, non-driven expense, and Project Engineering infrastructure

•Projection plan deployment and sales activities cost, including create gimmick for acquisition/Apply and Get application

•Reconcile and budget review related to advertising and Marketing with controller and FP&A

•Reporting movement balance payout Sales Incentive with controller and regional, incentive accrual, Reporting movement balance payout Sales Incentive with controller and regional

•Negotiation with EO & vendor for event

•Support target setting, performance plans, and coaching plans for sales as well as meet with operations managers to review performance, progress, and targets

•Manage a team by conducting performance evaluations, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions, and termination of team members

•Engage team members with sales techniques through a positive sales culture

•Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Requirements

– 5+ years of experience preferably in Banking Credit Cards budgeting/cost/expense management including experience in managing a team

– Flexible and able to organize, prioritize and complete multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment

– Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills

– Ability to learn quickly and take on challenging new projects

– Computer literate in all MS Office packages including Excel at Intermediate level

– Attention to detail
