Job Description
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via phone, email or chat
• Identify customer needs and guide customers by using particular features
• Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
• Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
• Inform customers on any new features and its functions
• Conduct after sales services
• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
Qualifications
• Fluent in English
• Fluent in another language is a plus (except English & Indonesia)
• Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar role is a plus
• Freshgraduate are welcome to apply
• Familiar with Travel industry is a plus
• Able to use computer
• Experienced in using help desk software and remote support tools
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Multi-tasking ability
• Have a good patience and tolerance when handling rough cases
• Willing to be placed in North Jakarta or Yogyakarta (depending on domicile)
