Job Description

  • Handling Export Letter of credit (LC)
  • Mitigation of export shipment process and export documentation
  • Prepare Financial and Shipment Documents
  • Coordinate and do follow up with related departments regarding export process
  • Make sure the documents have been complied with company regulation, banking practice, and international rules and regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably from Finance/Accounting or any other related major
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience as Export/Import staff is required for this position
  • Adaptable to fast pace working environment and changes
  • Good analytical thinking and good communication skills
  • Highly interested with administrative tasks
  • Fluent in English
  • Willing to work in Thamrin, Jakarta
