Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Corporate Executive Coach to join our team and provide personalized coaching and guidance to our organization’s senior executives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of leadership development, executive performance enhancement, and organizational dynamics. The Corporate Executive Coach will collaborate closely with top-level executives to help them achieve their professional goals, improve leadership skills, enhance decision-making capabilities, and drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions and/ or group coaching sessions with senior executives to identify their strengths, weaknesses, and areas for development.

2. Develop personalized coaching plans that align with individual executive goals and organizational objectives.

3. Provide actionable feedback, guidance, and strategies to enhance leadership skills, communication effectiveness, and emotional intelligence.

4. Support executives in navigating complex challenges, organizational changes, and high-pressure situations.

5. Assist in creating and implementing development plans for succession planning and leadership pipeline initiatives.

6. Utilize various assessment tools and methodologies to gather insights and provide data-driven insights for executive growth.

7. Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to integrate coaching programs into talent development strategies.

8. Stay current with industry trends, leadership theories, and best practices to continually refine coaching approaches.

9. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while working with executives and handling sensitive organizational information.

10. Provide progress reports and evaluations to track executive development and program effectiveness.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 10 years of experience in executive coaching or related roles, preferably within a corporate setting.

2. Professional certification in coaching (e.g., International Coach Federation certification) is highly desirable.

3. Proven track record of successfully coaching senior executives to achieve personal and organizational goals.

4. Strong understanding of leadership theories, organizational dynamics, and change management.

5. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with executives.

6. Ability to adapt coaching techniques to different personalities, leadership styles, and organizational contexts.

7. Demonstrated experience with assessment tools, 360-degree feedback, and performance evaluation methodologies.

8. High level of empathy, integrity, and discretion in dealing with sensitive executive matters.

9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to offer innovative solutions to complex leadership challenges.

10. Master’s degree in psychology, organizational development, business, or a related field is preferred.
