We are looking for Sales Manager based on Jakarta Office


As a Sales Manager Manager we rely on you to

  • Assist Director of Sales to effectively communicate and implement sales strategy and objective with team members
  • Handle sales activities with local and international partners
  • Generate new business opportunities through various channels
  • Implement the sales activities and action plans outlined in the sales and marketing plan of the hotel
  • Takes responsibility to achieve goals consistanly as minimum performance
  • Expand and growth the company market portfolio
  • Maintain sales and service standards of the team


We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a passion for Sales and Marketing
  • Is a strong team player & self driven for results
  • Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions for business partners and customers
  • Has a can-do attitude, thinks outside of the box whilst leading change in the hotel
  • Understands the global markets and local environment
  • Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
  • Has relevant experience in a similar capacity previously
  • Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to engage in a friendly and professional manner with business partners and customers
