Responsibilities

Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, administration, and sales
Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
Bring out the best of branch’s personnel
Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
Promoting and marketing the branch and its product specially Funding Product (Deposito)
Responsible for conducting fund-raising customers (funding)
Handling customer complaints and resolving customer issues as well as provide excellent services to customers

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor Degree in any field
Minimum 5 years experience in the banking industry especially in funding products
Experienced in Funding product
Has experience to manage a branch and develop a team
Passionate to develop a team
Experience in people management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
