Job Descriptions
∙ Ensure appropriate and timely approval and validation of product programs, policy exceptions, and credit policy.
∙ Monitor vintage performance against benchmarks and early indicators, perform in-depth analysis on observation, and provide escalations to senior management both in Risk and Business.
∙ Pro-actively engage and partner with the business, ops and risk counterpart, in providing reports, analytics and recommendations to support business initiatives, operational overview and growth opportunities as per risk appetite.
∙ Manage policies ensuring adherence to same in the areas of underwriting and end-to-end operations.
∙ Ensure Compliance to Group policies and local regulations for all local policies and programs.
∙ Implement prudent Test & Grow strategies optimize portfolio risk and returns.
Requirements
∙ Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years’ experience in banking industry.
∙ Having good knowledge in unsecured lending landscape, experience in dealing with matrix reporting, and understanding of regulatory landscape will be an advantage.
∙ Have advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
∙ Demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication. Good command in both written and spoken English.
∙ Proficient in using SAS/SQL, Decision Tree, and MS Office.
∙ Highly attentive to detail and process oriented.
∙ Team Player and work well with others.
